We’ve already seen various reviews, videos and pictures of the massive Galaxy Mega 6.3, but today we can confirm the rumors that the LTE version will be coming to AT&T (SGH-I527). The upcoming device has just been approved by the FCC and should be available shortly. There aren’t many surprises, which simply means that you will the same hardware that has been announced so far.

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a giant 6.3-inch 720p LCD display (233PPI) and a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that is backed by an Adreno 305 GPU. On the mainboard you will find 1.5GB of RAM, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS, 8/16GB of storage (with microSD support), NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, IR port and of course support for GSM, 3G and 4G/LTE. Samsung decided to opt for a 8-megapixel camera LED Flash on the back with and a 1.9-megapixel camera on the front of the device.

On the software side it’s running Android 4.2.2 with of course Samsung’s own TouchWiz UI, which includes all of the options that are available on the Galaxy S4 such as Air View, IR Blaster, Multi-window and various other functions that have been developed by the company itself.
